Sous Vide Vacuum Bags

We offer six different sizes of vacuum pouches that are appropriate for sous vide cooking in standard vacuum chamber machines.

Sous vide, which in French, literally means “under vacuum” is a method of cooking in which ingredients are vacuum packed and slowly cooked in a water bath.  In the past couple of years, we have witnessed a resurgence in this method with gourmet cooks (Ferran Adriá, Thomas Keller, Dan Barber, Daniel Bolud, and Charlie Trotter) around the world using this method.
