We offer a 14-day money back warranty.  Item must be returned in the original box with all materials such as manuals, spare parts, and tools and buyer may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.  RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR VACUUM BAGS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED.  Buyer will cover shipping and handling costs incurred to return item.  Please e-mail returns@vacnbags.com to process your return.

Products are generally shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order.  All orders are usually shipped via UPS shipping.  We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.

Our shipping charges are based on UPS calculations as we do not charge any handling fees.
